However, a price change does not apply to orders that have already been finally confirmed, except in the event of an obvious error affecting the displayed price.
ARTICLE 6 — ORDERS
Customers select the product or products they wish to order and add them to their basket.
Before finally confirming their order, customers can check the selected products, quantities and total order amount.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
Final confirmation of an order entails an obligation to pay.
After confirmation, an order confirmation is sent to the customer electronically.

These steps do not remove or limit the consumer's statutory rights.
ARTICLE 12 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
Consumers may inform Oléa Group of their wish to withdraw by means of a clear and unambiguous statement.
The request can be sent to:
contact@heyolea.com

Any statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain applicable.

After communicating their decision to withdraw, consumers must return the product within the period provided for by the applicable legislation.
The return arrangements and address are communicated to the customer as part of the handling of their request.

Customers are responsible for any handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
The product must be properly protected for return.
ARTICLE 14 — REFUND FOLLOWING WITHDRAWAL
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Oléa Group refunds the amounts due no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the return, in compliance with the applicable statutory deadlines.

Oléa Group may defer the refund until the product has been recovered or the consumer has provided proof of dispatch of the goods, in accordance with the conditions provided for by law.
ARTICLE 15 — STATUTORY GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Products sold by Oléa Group benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under the conditions provided for by the French Consumer Code.

When the statutory conditions are met, consumers may benefit from a price reduction or termination of the contract.
The product is brought into conformity at no cost to the consumer under the conditions provided for by the applicable legislation.

This guarantee may apply when a hidden defect makes the product unfit for its intended use or greatly reduces that use.
The customer's rights under the guarantee against hidden defects remain independent of the statutory guarantee of conformity.
ARTICLE 17 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Customers must use products in accordance with their intended purpose and the instructions and safety precautions provided.
Electrical, ventilation, air-conditioning and cooling equipment must be used under conditions appropriate to its technical characteristics.
Customers must not modify or use a product in a way that is clearly contrary to its normal use or the safety instructions.
